I O O F, lodge medal, handcrafted in silver (71mm x 71mm) with loop mount and brooch bar, by H.Mitchell, Adelaide, a multi pointed star with jewelled hand in centre, overlaid on second slightly larger multi pointed star, inscribed on reverse ' Presented to / P.G.M / Bro George Parsonson / by the Grand Lodge of / South Australia / I.O.O.F. / 19th Aug 1886 / For Services Rendered'. Good very fine.
