ITALY, Novara, printed and hand written order by V.Tosi (General in Chief Commanding the Austro-Russian Army) ordering the Community of Vespolate to supply and deliver grain to Valenza for use of Army under threat of severe punishment for the community, issued at Novara, 6 July 1799. Extremely fine.
