Together with miniature medals and 180 Squadron blazer patch. Charles Francis Howard Mansfield; Enl.RNZAF 10Jul1940; Attached RCAF 03Mar1941; posted 180 Sqdn RAF 25Feb1942; returned NZ Aug1945; placed Reserve Nov1945 2NZEF (Japan) Reg No 436015 Infantry Enl ’J’ Force; promoted to Capt 19Sep1946; Appt Adjutant 22 NZ Bn; returned NZ 05Jul1947. Forty three combat operations with RAF 180 Squadron including Ijmuirden ’E’ Boat pens, Eindhoven 29May1943 where he was WIA to shoulder. With seventy four pages of service record and personal details.
