MACEDON, Kingdom of, Philip V, (220-179 B.C.), AE 24, (11.70 grams), obv. radiate head of Helios to right, rev. winged thunderbolt above **BAS[ILEWS]*, below **FILIPPOU*, all within oak wreath, (S.6795, SNG Alpha Bank 1110-1115, SNG Cop. 1258). Double struck on the reverse, otherwise very fine and scarce.
