MACEDON, Kingdoms of, Philip V - Perseus, (197-188 B.C.), AE 23, (10.85 grams), obv. diademed head of Poseidon to right, trident over shoulder, rev. club, above and below **MAKE/DONWN*, monograms below all with oak wreath, (S.-, SNG Cop. 1294, Touratsoglou, Macedon, Pl. 7, 12). Serrated edge, dark brown patina, good very fine and scarce.
