ATTICA, Athens, (c.A.D. 264-267), AE 22mm (5.76 grams), obv. helmeted bust of Athena to right, dotted border, rev. **AQHN AIWN, garlanded bucranium, in dotted border, (S.4856, Sv. Pl.99, 22, Athenian Agora Period VC, No.404 [p.163,Pl.-, 14 coins found probably all Athena bust rights], BMC 813, Shear [Hesperia 1936] Pl. V, No. 11). Very fine and scarce, attractive patina and of a good style late Athenian bronze.
