Jupiter in slow quadriga to right, holding branch and thunderbolt, ROMA in exergue, (S.133, Cr.257/1, Syd.507); Q. Marcius, C. Fabius and L. Roscius, (c.118-117 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.55 grams), obv. Roma helmeted head to right, * behind, rev. Victory in quadriga to right, holding wreath, ROMA below, Q.MAR.C.F.L.R. in exergue, (S.159, Cr.283/1a, Syd.541, RSC Marcia 16). First coin with surface pitting, both countermarked on obverse, good fine - nearly very fine. (2)
