GETA, (A.D. 209-211), issued as Caesar 198-199, silver denarius, Rome mint, (2.68 grams), obv. bare headed, draped bust to right of Geta, around L SEPTIMIVS GETA CAES, rev. lituus, knife, jug, sprinkler and simpulum, around SEVERI PII AVG FIL, (cf.S.7201, RIC 3, RSC 188). Slight flan chip, otherwise lightly toned, very fine and scarce.
