MAXIMINUS I, (A.D. 235-238), silver denarius, Rome mint, (2.59 grams), obv. laureate, draped bust of Maximinus I to right, around IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG, rev. Fides standing to left holding two standards, FIDES MILITVM around, (cf.S.8307, RIC 7a, RSC 7). Lightly toned, nearly extremely fine with some mint bloom.
