PHILIP I, (A.D. 244-249), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, (3.42 grams), obv. radiate bust to right, around IMP PHILIPPVS AVG, rev. elephant walking to left guided by driver, around AETERNITAS AVGG, (S.8921, RIC 58, RSC 17). Small flan chip and minor hoard inclusions, otherwise light grey tone with golden highlights, very fine.
