IONIA, uncertain (Phokaia?), (c.625-600 B.C.), electrum twenty-fourth stater (0.66 gm) of the Milesian standard, geometric type, obv. raised counterclockwise swastika pattern, rev. quadripartite square punch, (cf.S.3465, TraitÇ I 237; SNG Kayhan 702, SNG von Aulock 1778-9, Boston MFA 1782, Rosen 365). Extremely fine.
