LYCIA, Phaselis, (c.500-440 B.C.), silver tetrobol, (3.40 grams), obv. prow of galley in the form of a boar's forepart to right, rev. stern of galley to right in incuse square, (S.5330, SNG Cop -, SNG Von Aulock 4395, Heipp-Tamer No.57, V37 R52, this coin). Attractive old cabinet toning, nearly extremely fine and very rare.
