BAKTRIA, Greco-Baktrian Kingdom, Eukratides I, (c.170-145 B.C.), silver drachm (4.10 gm), Attic standard, obv. diademed and draped bust to right, dotted border, rev. the Dioskouroi, holding palms and spears, on horseback right, A to left, monogram to lower right, **BASILEWS / EUKRATIDOU*, above and below, (cf.S.7568 [tetradrachm], Bopearachchi SÇrie 2E, SNG ANS 442). Very fine, lightly toned, surface with scratches.
