ROMAN REPUBLIC, anonymous (280-269 B.C.), AE Aes Grave triens (90.80 gm), Rome mint, obv. thunderbolt bisecting four pellets, rev. dolphin right, four pellets below with symbol above, (S.538, Thurlow-Vecchi 3a, Crawford 14/3). Very fine, brown patina, very rare.
