Galba (c.106 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.94 grams), obv. laureate heads of the Dei Penates cojoined to left, [D.P.]P. before, rev. two soldiers swearing oath over sow, P above, C.SVLPICI.C.F. in exergue, (S.189, Cr.312/1, Syd.572, Sulpicia 1). Toned, slight flan flaw on reverse, otherwise very fine or better and scarce.
