Sabinus, (89 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (4.06 grams), obv. bare head of King Tatius to right, SABIN behind, TA monogram before, rev. two Roman soldiers each carrying a woman in his arms, [L].TITVRI in exergue, (S.249, Cr.344/1a, Syd.698a, B.Tituria 1). Toned with golden highlights, off centred on obverse, otherwise good very fine and scarce.
