CONSTANTINE I, (A.D. 307-337), AE follis, issued 320, London mint, (2.81 grams), obv. helmeted cuirassed bust to right, around CONSTAN TINVS AVG, rev. trophy with captive each side of standard with VOT / XX between, around VIRTVS EXER[CIT], in exergue PLN, (cf.S.16312, RIC 191). Deep green patina, slightly off centre on reverse, otherwise extremely fine as struck.
