MACEDON, Koinon type, pseudo-autonomous issue (3rd century A.D.), AE 26mm (12.90 grams), obv. head of Alexander the Great to right, around **ALEXANDROU*, rev. warrior standing facing, holding parazonium and spear, around **KOINON MAKEDONWN DIC NEW*, (cf.AMNG 517, SNG Cop.-, Imhoof Blumer 563). Attractive green patina, nearly very fine and scarce.
