ATTICA, Athens, (c.264-267 A.D.), AE 21, (5.19 grams), obv. helmeted head of Athena to right, rev. **AQH NA IWN* around, garlanded bucranium with fillet between horns, hanging down at sides, (S.4856, Kroll, Athenian Agora Period VC 401, Sv, Pl. 99, No.26, [same dies]). Surface oxidation, weak in places, otherwise nearly very fine, scarce.
