TRAJAN, (A.D. 98-117), silver denarius, issued 99, Rome mint, (3.252 grams), obv. laureate bust draped to right of Trajan, around IMP CAES NERVA TRAIA N AVG GERM, rev. Victory seated to left, holding patera and palm, around P M TR P COS II, (cf.S.3143, RIC 10, RSC 213). Extremely fine and rare in this condition.
