Sol walking right, holding laurel-branch and bow, treading down an enemy, to left E, around ORIENS AVG, XXIR in exergue, (RIC V 64, C 159); Maximianus Herculius, (A.D. 286-305, first reign), AE antoninianus, Lugdunum mint, issued A.D. 290-291, (3.83 grams), obv. radiate bust left of Maximianus in imperial mantle, around IMP MAXIMIANVS AVG, rev. Salus standing right feeding serpent in arms, around SALVS AVGG, (cf.S.13172, RIC V 422); Licinius I, (A.D. 308-324), AE follis, issued 317-320, (2.66 grams), Nicomedia mint, obv. draped laureate head to left of Licinius holding mappa and globe, sceptre over shoulder, around IMP LICINIVS AVG, rev. Jupiter standing left, chlamys across left shoulder, leaning on sceptre, holding Victory on globe, plam branch left, around IOVI CONSERVATORI AVGG, to right Z, in exergue SMN, (S.15234, RIC VII 24). First two with good silvering, very fine - extremely fine, second coin rare. (3)
