Sold with the original letter of presentation from the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia, signed Bernie Fraser and dated 20 October 1995 to Mr P.F.Carlin (as per letter), Manager, Cash Processing and Distribution, Currency and Banking Department, Reserve Bank of Australia, Sydney NSW.
