NEW SOUTH WALES, contemporary forgery of a fifteen pence or dump, c1830s, made to simulate a worn dump then in circulation, only the crown is on the die, thin flan and edge with straight graining (2.94 grams). Worn or made worn, fair and the only example we have seen.
