VICTORIA, 19th November 1851, copies of correspondence (May - Oct 1851) between the Government of this Colony (Vic) and the Government of Van Diemen's Land on the subject of the manumission and dispersion through the adjacent Colonies of convicts sent out under sentence of Transportation to Van Diemen's Land, 3-page printed document. Foxing on back of last page, otherwise good very fine.
