NZ CADETS LADIES CHALLENGE CUP, in silver (22mm), reverse inscribed, '1925/L/Cpl. E.Drewery/C.Coy./Senior'; shooting fob prize, in silver with gold centre shield (37mm x 28mm) Maltese cross design, obverse, monogram 'AWR' (A Grade, Wellington Regt?), reverse inscribed, 'Q.M.S.Madeley/1907'. Very fine - good very fine. (2)
QMS Madeley, a scratch shooter from the Wellington Engineers, competed at Trentham in February 1907 in the first match of the final series of the Hallenstein Cup fired at 200 and 500 yards, seven shots at each range. QMS Madeley and Sergt Vosseller jointly topped A Grade with 58 points
