NEW ZEALAND, Union Bank of Australia Limited, third issue, proof pound, uniface, Nelson, 1st Jany. 18-, imprint of Perkins Bacon & Co London Patent Hardened Steel Plate, Manager area with rectangular cut out '(waiting date) to this 15 July 1881' added in pencil (Robb.M.326; L.524; P.S356). Remnants of glue stains on back in corners, otherwise extremely fine.
