M. VOLTEIUS M.F., (c.78 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.45 gm), obv. head of young Hercules to right, wearing lion skin, rev. the Erymanthian boar running to right, M. VOLTE[I. M.F.] in exergue, (S.313, Cr.385/2, Syd.775, B. Volteia 2). Even grey patina, slightly off centre, nearly very fine and rare.
