GORDIAN III, (A.D. 238-244), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, issued 241-243, (4.25), obv. radiate bust of Gordian III to right, around IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. Laetitia standing to left, holding wreath and anchor, around LAETITIA AVG N, (S.8617, RIC 86, RSC 121). Brilliant, nearly uncirculated with mint bloom.
