VALERIAN I, (A.D. 253-260), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, (3.52 grams), obv. radiate cuirassed bust right, around IMP C LIC VALERIANUS AVG, rev. SALVS AVGG around, Salus standing left holding sceptre, feeding serpent arising from altar, (S.9974, RIC 121, RSC 197). Very fine.
