FRANCE, Louis XIV, (1643-1715), one twelfth ecu or ten sols, 1693, Paris mint, (2.23 gm), overstruck on a douzain croissants of Henry II (1551), (cf.KM.290.1). Toned, very fine and an unusual overstrike.
