IONIA, uncertain mint, (c.520-480 B.C.), silver tetartemorion (0.15 g), obv. rosette pattern, rev. incuse square with five raised dots, (SNG Kayhan 740, SNG von Aulock 1807, SNG Fitzwilliam 4464, Klein 433). Toned, mild surface pitting, otherwise very fine and very rare with collector ticket.
The survival of these pieces is remarkable in light of their diminutive size.
