TRIB POT COS, Pietas standing left, sacrificing over altar (cf.S.4136, RIC 452a, RSC 1062); Septimius Severus, (A.D.193-211), silver denarius, issued 201, Rome mint, (3.20 g), obv. laureate head to right, SEVERVS PIVS AVG, rev. PART MAX P M TR P VIIII, captives seated either side of trophy base, (cf.S.6323, RIC 176, RSC 370). Toned, very fine. (2)
