Charles George Edward Marmon, seaman, age 34, born in Parish of Garlinge near the town of Margate in the County of Kent, England; previous service of 14 years in Royal Navy; Enl.17Jul1915; Emb.05Oct1915; 10Feb1916 transferred to MG Section; 08Mar1916 TOS 5 Infy Bde, MG Coy, 17Bn; KIA 14Nov1916; commemorated on Villers-Bretonneux Memorial.
