ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 222, (2.96 g), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus draped to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around LIBERALITAS AVG III, Liberalitas standing to left, holding abacus and cornucopiae, star in left field, (cf.S.7522, RIC 104 var, RSC 8 var). Good extremely fine.
