VICTORIAN, pair of sterling silver goblets, London, (1864), maker's mark GA (George Angell), on pedestal feet with knopped stems, the bowls and feet chased with Arabic egg designs and scrolls, interiors gold washed, one engraved with a family crest depicting a unicorn, around CASSIS TUTISSIMA VIRTUS, the other with a dedicatory description, 'Presented To / Dr Waggett / By / Mrs Brown / in remembrance of his / Great Kindness During / A Time of Severe Trial / and bereavement', (height 18cm, weight 650g), in original green leather fitted case by Elkington & Co. Extremely fine. (2)
