Volteius M.f., (c.78 B.C.), silver denarius, (3.38 g), Rome mint, obv. head of young Hercules to right, wearing lion skin, rev. the Erymanthian boar running to right, M. VOLTEI. M.F. in exergue, (S.313, Cr.385/2, Syd.775, B. Volteia 2). Fine - very fine, second rare. (2)
