MAXIMINUS I, (A.D. 235-238), silver denarius, (3.56 g), Rome mint, obv. laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right of Maximinus, around IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG, rev. Fides standing facing head to left, holding two standards, around FIDES MILITVM, (cf.S.8307, RIC 7A, BMC 7). Bright, with broad flan, good very fine.

Ex Ron Hansen Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 76 (lot 3067) and Sale 68 (lot 2283).
