VICTORIA, Princess Theatre Company, 1891, £1 share, issued to Theodore Fink Esq, black print, scrollwork at left; Mayne Nickless Motor Carriers Ltd, 191[0], fifty £1 shares, black print and border, vignette of early Mayne Nickless truck in centre, 'Fully Paid Up' overprinted in red. Both certificates framed and glazed, evidence of light folds and pin hole on second, nearly extremely fine.

Theodore Fink (1855-1942), solicitor, politician, newspaper proprietor and educationist. Born in Guernsey he moved with his family to Geelong in 1861 and continued to live in Victoria until his death in 1942.
