Percy William Bale, Sea Boy, born 22Jun1883 at Camberwell, London; joined RN 22Jun1901 for 12 year engagement; 22Jun1913 joined RFR at Portsmouth; spent several periods in cells totalling 17 days; wartime service included time on HMS Drake, Victory I and Excellent.
