PAIR TO NURSE: British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. S.Nurse C.Arthur. on both medals. Impressed. Swing mounted, good extremely fine.
Catherine Arthur served in the Territorial Force Nursing Service as a Staff Nurse at home and in France from 20Sep1915 to 24Aug1919 when she was demobilized; resigned from TFNS as from 19Jul1923 after marrying (Mrs Catherine Fortune).
