ONE THOUSAND POUNDS, The Union Bank of Australia Limited, Inspector's Department, Melbourne, an internal cyclostyled memo to branch managers dated 15th July 1915, advising that Australian one thousand pound notes are not to be issued except to other banks. A little tatty around the top and left edges, otherwise fine and rare.
