KINGS OF BOSPHOROS, Aspurgus, with Gaius (Caligula), (c.14-38 A.D.), AE 1 units (7.93 g), struck 37-38 A.D., obv. bare head of Caligula right, around **GAIOS KAISAROS GERMANIKOS*, rev. diademed head of Aspurgus to right, dotted border, monogram and IB in fields, (S.5429, MacDonald 302, RPC I 1904, Anokhin 320). Slightly off centred, brown patina, extremely fine and very scarce.
