PELOPONNESOS, Arkadian League, Megalopolis, (320's-c.275 B.C.), silver triobol or hemi-drachm, (2.27 g), obv. laureate head of Zeus to left, I absent, rev. naked Pan seated left, on rock holding lagobolon, to left eagle on knee of Pan, monogram **DI* to left, to right **D*, ME**G* upwards behind, (cf.S.2719, BCD 1564 (p.371), Dengate [MN 13] Group III, Issue 4, [p.82-3], SNG Fitz. 3892). Very fine/good very fine and very scarce.
