AEOLIS, Kyme (Cyme), (after 165 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (15.55 g), obv. head of Amazon Cyme to right with hair bound with ribbon, rev. horse pacing to right, one handled vase at feet, all within laurel wreath, before **KUMAIWN, below in exergue **KALLIAS*, (cf.S.4183, Oakley Issue [ANSMN 27] [Pl.4, 17 same obverse die], BMC Troas 73 [p.111], SNG Cop. 103, SNG von Aulock 1636). Extremely fine with several die cracks on the obverse.

Ex McHugh Collection and previously from the Nelson Bunker Hunt Collection, Sotheby's New York, June 21-22, 1990 (lot 477).
