FAUSTINA JUNIOR, wife of Marcus Aurelius, (d.A.D. 175), silver denarius, issued 161-175, Rome mint, (3.04 g), obv. FAVSTINA AVGVSTA, Faustina draped bust to right, rev. VENVS, Venus standing to left, holding sceptre and apple, (cf.S.5266, RSC 249, RIC 728, BMC 166). Toned, very fine.
