MACRINUS, (A.D. 217-218), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.39 g), issued A.D. 217, obv. bearded Macrinus laureate cuirassed bust to right, around IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, rev. Felicitas standing to left, holding cornucopiae and caduceus, around PONTIF MAX TR P P P, (S.7348, RIC 4, RSC 79). Good very fine with traces of mint bloom, rare with this date.
