WILLIAM III, copper halfpenny, 1699, GVILELMVS error, third type, obverse neater laureate and cuirassed bust right, GVILELMVS. TERTIVS. toothed border both sides, reverse inverted die axis, Britannia seated left on globe, with shield, spear and spray of leaves, date to left of exergue, BRITAN NIA around, edge plain (S.3556, Peck 690 [this coin listed]). Bold fine and extremely rare.
