VICTORY OF THE NILE, Augt. 1, 1798, in bronze (38mm) by T.Wyon Sr. (BHM 450), obverse, Victory seated holding a plaque with bust of Lord Nelson, a lion, palm tree and harp in front of a pyramid, reverse, a shield and fouled anchor with ribbon across, 'Nov.29 LAUS DEO 1798'. Holed for suspension with naval blue ribbon, good very fine.
