FRANCE, French Revolution, first Republic, paper bread tickets (6), printed on same watermarked paper as the French assignats, dated 6-21 pluviose (25 January to 9 Febuary) in the 3rd year of the Republic (1795) for one, two, three, four, five and six loaves of bread (pain) issued by Citizen Van Autgaerden, of Place de Louvain, Brussels. Very fine and rare. (6)

Ex W.J.D. Mira Collection (and from old Belgian collection), with photocopies of ACR article (Sept, 1992, pp37-39).
