THRACE, The Thracian Cherronesos (Cardia?), (400-350 B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.31 g), obv. forepart of lion to right, looking back, rev. quadripartite incuse square, dot in one corner, ivy leaf in opposite corner, (cf.S.1603, McClean 4082-4083, SNG Berry 501, BMC 13). Toned, good very fine.
